Artist Statement:
Fortified 1, 2, 3, and 4 are shown together to create a forest of cottonwoods in the gallery space. These pieces are also beautiful on their own, there are currently 3 remaining for exhibit or purchase.
Exploring the space between what is real and constructed, INVOKE simulates both nature and spiritualism through displaced materials and a personal spiritual language. Each piece becomes an invocation through process and material, forming a living ritual.
