In early 2025, I was falling into a habit of weaving during my meditations. Instead of sitting still and trying to meditate, which was not always successful, I found that while my hands worked on the piece, my thoughts became clearer and easier to process. Spiral refers to an experience we are all familiar with, moments of overwhelm that cause our heads to spin.
